I discovered that u cant make cupcakes with this batter. It shrunk when it cools. But the cake is...superdelicious...very light and fluffy.... it's good without the buttercream( I just want to practise buttercream technique...so i made the icing...). I think it's goes well with chocolate frosting..something that's not too sweet as this cake is sweet enough on it's own.Well, this gonna be a favourite dessert in our home.
