Chocolate n Cheese Bundt Cake

It's my own birthday, another reason to bake...found this recipe a while ago so I went and bought myself a bundt cake pan so I can try this recipe...it's all worth it...a little tricky since I made the chocolate part plus the cream cheese part from scratch. It turns out great anyway. Mighty deliciouc. Very chocolatey, moist, decadent...the cream cheese part is sweet n cheesy like it's suppose to be...it sinks through the cake also like it suppose to be. Pehfect!

Peanut Butter Cupcake with Sweet Chocolate Glaze

I found this recipe and cant wait to try it and luckily I have some peanut butter in the fridge that nobody wants cos it taste weird on bread. Well...voila! this peanut butter cupcake just melts in your mouth, soft n moist enough with delicious peanut buttery flavour. Top it with sweet chocolate glaze( a bit sweeter then usual choc glaze) and it's pehfect. I think it's good with fruit jam topping or filling too. I left it on the counter overnite and it taste even better the next day.

Vanilla Cupcake

I wanted to try a new vanilla cupcake recipe and I think this cuppies turn out good. The cake have just the right sweetness, buttery n vanilla flavour. I thought I'll jazz it up a bit with white chocolate chips but all the chips sink to the bottom of the cups. As for the frosting, I intend to make 7 minute frosting but something goes wrong somewhere so kena modified jadi buttercream. By this time, dah letih bcos it's 2 am already...that's why theme deco tu mix n match je....

Angel Food Cake

I discovered that u cant make cupcakes with this batter. It shrunk when it cools. But the cake is...superdelicious...very light and fluffy.... it's good without the buttercream( I just want to practise buttercream technique...so i made the icing...). I think it's goes well with chocolate frosting..something that's not too sweet as this cake is sweet enough on it's own.Well, this gonna be a favourite dessert in our home.

Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting is pehhfect! Made this for my stepson's birthday, evrybody love it. The cake has a bit of cocoa flavour, a bit of yogurt flavour and it's (of cos) red in colour with velvety texture..hence the name of the cake...The cream cheese frosting is fluffy enough and not too sweet.. adding to the cake a real cheesecake taste. Yummy..!

Hi! Cupcake lovers

Assalamualaikum n hello to all....I just discovered baking as a form of therapy....aromatherapy...yup...the smell of cupcakes baking in the oven does relax you. And so I bake n become quite addicted to it....hope I'll be good at it. So far, semua cake yg I bake edible(hahaha...) and habis in about a day (well, it's sweet n I got 4 kids at home..wadya expect..). Hope gonna learn some skills on cake deco n bake a 'complicated cake'....and hope when I do what I love then money will follow...hehehe...so long for now.
